Carl and Javier were very professional and helpful.  Being busy people, it was easy to work with them and they were flexible and accommodating.  They took care of the job efficiently, and got our permit approved.  Very happy with their work, and would recommend Carl Linden Design.  

Carl immediately responded to my call for an architect and met with me the very same day. He promptly drafted a plan set that very closely approximated my initial project concept. We discussed adjustments, resourced engineering calcs as needed, and he then armed guided me through plan check. He promptly supported any additional specs requested by the planning dept. and then redrew adjustments to a few of my personal request for aesthetic design changes.  This was a very positive experience from start to finish which resulted in the completion of a substantial remodeling project that has clearly enhanced the value of my home.
